Here is an art photo series of images that represent an alternative universe. The living images unfold in the water with the fusion of unique bouquets of flora and splashes of color.
I discovered Cy Twombly as a photographer by chance after seeing his photographs of flowers. But I have also known and appreciated him as an artist for a long time. The idea of photographing a series of flowers and flowing paint with an implicit reference was born in a flash.
Guided by the knowledge of color, I created this series through numerous experiments. All of these carefully planned flower arrangements were shot underwater with paint.
This series was made in the last year before the war, and from today’s point of view, it can be called a premonition of the events that are now taking place in my country.
